At Dancing Motes, we are committed to creating high-quality handmade crystal bracelets. Every bracelet is carefully inspected before shipment.

We offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty from the date your order is delivered. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only.

If your bracelet has a verified craftsmanship defect, we will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural aging or breakage of the elastic cord, damage caused by pulling, overstretching, impact, accidental breakage, improper use, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot springs, seawater, or other chemicals, or natural variations in genuine gemstones and crystals. 

Elastic cord is a wearable component that will naturally stretch and age over time. For this reason, it is considered a consumable item and is not covered under our craftsmanship warranty.

To help you enjoy your bracelet for longer, every order includes one complimentary replacement elastic cord for future restringing, if needed.

If you believe your bracelet has a manufacturing or workmanship defect, please email us before taking any further action. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Our customer support team will carefully review your request and contact you with the most appropriate solution. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide troubleshooting guidance, request additional information, offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

We believe great customer service is just as important as great products. Every warranty request is reviewed individually, and we are committed to providing a fair and reasonable solution.
